Choose a Spoon or Spatula or set of two. Made from the locally harvested Tamarisk plant, an invasive to out Utah riverbanks. Its beautifully grained wood is light and sturdy, great for heavy cooking or just spooning up cheerios. Size is 12" in length for spatulas and spoons. Baby spoons are about 6" long with a bite sized bowl. Hand wash with soap and water. Oil when dry.
