Cottonwood is one of the biggest contributors to tree waste in Moab. Their quick growth and high moisture content often lead to structural failure, after which we are called in to trim or remove them. This 40-year old cottonwood stump has been cleaned up and milled to reveal an intricate root pattern and beautiful grain. Although the tree was relatively young, three trunks had actually fused together to form this massive stump. This particular tree was damaged in a storm and fell into the owner's home, so we went and cleared it out, later creating this unique table.
Add a stunning conversation piece to your home, and give this tree a second life. The table stands 26" tall (not including the removable stand) and measures approximately 92" x 82" across its surface. Finished with all-natural tung oil. Made in Moab, UT.
